Colibri Restaurant is tucked into a lush tropical garden on Dockyard Drive, just a short walk from Nelson’s Dockyard and the heart of English Harbour. Set in a charming Caribbean cottage with cabana-style seating and palm-shaded verandahs, the space offers a romantic, open-air atmosphere perfect for dinner dates, group celebrations, or cocktails under the stars. The garden lounge features cozy lighting and a relaxed vibe, while outdoor table seating is under the stars and there are a few tables inside.

🍽️ Food: French-Créole Fusion with Caribbean Ingredients
Colibri’s farm-to-table menu changes daily and blends French technique with Caribbean flavors. Starters often include housemade pâté, French cheese and charcuterie boards, tuna tartare, and seasonal ceviche. Mains feature freshly caught seafood like Mahi Mahi and Yellowfin Tuna, prime meats such as filet mignon and duck breast, housemade pasta, and vegetarian options like roasted vegetable couscous. Desserts range from crème brûlée and chocolate fondant to tropical fruit sorbets. The bar serves handcrafted cocktails, infused spiced rums, and curated wines, with a dedicated tapas menu available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Open Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to midnight, Colibri offers Happy Hour from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, dinner service from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and a garden lounge that stays open late. In 2025, the restaurant hosted weekly Wine & Dine pairings, live music performances, and seasonal specials. During Antigua’s Restaurant Week, Colibri participated with prix fixe menus featuring signature seafood dishes, French charcuterie, and curated wine pairings. It temporarily closed for the summer and will reopen in November with refreshed menus and limited outdoor seating—reservations recommended.
