Guests rave about the Antiguan bread pudding, made with white bread, brown sugar, cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, and English Harbour 5-year-old rum. Another standout is ducana—a sweet potato-based dumpling wrapped in banana leaf, a beloved Antiguan specialty.
