Julee’s specializes in Caribbean comfort food with a gourmet twist. The menu includes salted cod stew seasoned with mace, nutmeg, and allspice, served alongside sautéed spinach with thyme and rosemary. Guests rave about the Antiguan bread pudding, made with white bread, brown sugar, cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, and English Harbour 5-year-old rum. Another standout is ducana—a sweet potato-based dumpling wrapped in banana leaf, a beloved Antiguan specialty.
