On Monday 25th May from 1PM, Catherine’s Café hosts a special Caribbean Chefs Table with @abculinarymonth, bringing together Chefs Paul Carmichael (@kabawa), Tristan Epps (@cheftristenepps), and Claude Lewis (@chef_claudious) for an afternoon that moves to its own rhythm.

Think a cocktail and canapé welcome, a four-course menu rooted in Caribbean flavour, live music from The Strays, and time to meet the chefs behind it all.

Set right by the sea at Pigeon Point, this is one of those days that starts at lunch… and lingers.
